KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 — Business confidence indicator increased by 3.2 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2023 (4Q23), up from 0.7 per cent in the third quarter of  2023 as businesses anticipate a better business situation in the fourth quarter.
